Amanda Daflos

Amanda Daflos serves as the Director of the Innovation Office for Mayor Eric Garcetti in the City of Los Angeles. She also drives the Mayor’s goals of moving the City toward gender equity within City operations and through the delivery of services. Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office, Amanda worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. There she spent more than a decade working on federal, state and local government projects in the US and abroad with a focus on organizational transformation and strategy. Daflos presently serves as a Deputy to the Los Angeles Honorary Consulate General to Nepal, a role she accepted in the wake of the 2015 earthquake. She holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a BA from Hamilton College and lives in Los Angeles.
