Jennifer Taylor is vice president, U.S. Jobs at the Consumer Technology Association™ (CTA) the U.S. trade association representing more than 2,200 consumer technology companies and which owns and produces CES® – The Global Stage for Innovation.
 
Jennifer is responsible for leading initiatives that address the urgent, U.S. labor shortage of qualified, high-skilled workers. Jennifer’s team leads a Talent Acquisition Member Council at CTA to collectively represent their needs, challenges and successes related to their workforce development strategies.  Jennifer positions CTA as a thought leader helping our nation create a talented and fully-equipped 21st century workforce by connecting high-skilled workers with its member companies, promoting new educational pathways, and framing a national workforce policy agenda.
 
Jennifer oversees U.S. Tech Vets, in partnership with the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and engages human resource professionals in the tech industry to identify and hire veterans and other high-skilled workers.
 
Jennifer has experience working in the technology field with ten years at AARP as vice president of business development where she developed and launched an easy-to-use tablet for tech-shy seniors in partnership with Intel®, and built a full product portfolio of consumer technology benefits for AARP members.  She was also the executive vice president of sales and marketing at Caring Village™, where she introduced a first-of-its-kind caregiving SaaS platform and mobile app to the long-term care industry. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in communications and an MBA in marketing and management from George Mason University.
