Robert is a member of the leadership team of Nokia Technologies, a >$1Bn innovation and growth division within Nokia, and a global leader in creating the technologies at the heart of the connected world. Robert heads up Nokia’s consumer digital health business and is responsible for all product marketing, engineering development, operations, sales and marketing. Nokia offers one of the broadest ranges of consumer connected health devices including scales, blood pressure monitors, activity trackers, sleep sensing, and thermometers, that all work seamlessly with Health Mate, a mobile application.

Previously Robert was CMO of Nokia Technologies with responsibility for the overall marketing & design strategy. Developing global product positioning and messaging for the company’s range of digital health and digital media products, including OZO, the world’s first professional VR product portfolio.

Prior to joining Nokia, Robert held positions as Global Head of Marketing, Digital Experience and Innovation for HP, a business that includes 3D and 2D printers, graphics solutions, managed-print services, personal computers and workstations. Robert was responsible for global marketing across consumer and commercial channels, leading a 600+ marketing team activating end to end programs in 100+ markets across all major brands. Responsibility for developing the go forward digital experience strategy across HP’s global businesses and transforming HP.com within an omni-channel journey.

Prior to joining HP, Robert was Vice President at PepsiCo operating from the worldwide headquarters from 2003 – 2010. Prior to PepsiCo, Robert was Vice President Marketing and Promotional Innovation at Revlon Cosmetics in New York City.
